When I joined Innerscope I had no experience in marketing, which I recognized was an important skill to have at a company that is already beginning to revolutionize the field of marketing as a whole. I was relieved to find that I picked it up quickly; it was amazing how much my understanding in human behavior and psychology was able to translate to business and marketing.
The opportunity to become an integrated member of the team was a wonderful growing experience for me. Employees running short on a deadline would hand off projects to me- slides that needed to be made for a client report deck, reports that needed to be finalized, participants that needed to be managed during fielding- and it was expected that I complete the tasks professionally, with my work treated to be as adequate as the work of any member on the team. It was fast-paced and fully immersive, and I couldn’t imagine a better launch pad for my future career in neuromarketing.
